Light sources​

We have been developing and downsized the size of the LED-cylinder head significantly over the years. We also fitted an integrated camera to the LED-cylinder head, so the liner can be seen before and during curing. Please find specifications of our two LED-cylinder heads below.

 

Big LED-cylinder-head generation 4, model 696

The big LED-cylinder-head is suitable for all diameters. It performs less bends and turns, but is driven with higher curing speed.

Small LED-ball-head generation 4, model 336

The small LED-ball-head is suitable for tubes within diameter-range between 100mm and 200mm (from 4 inch to 8 inch). It performs narrow bends and turns within relining-lines, but also has a lower light-intensity.
